What we collect, and what we don’t.
No analytics, no advertising pixels, no cookies. The only thing we receive is what you type into the contact form.

This site collects as little as it can. There are no analytics, no advertising pixels, no cookies and no local storage — nothing is stored in your browser and nothing follows you around. The only information we receive is what you choose to type into the contact form.
What we collect
If you submit the contact form, we receive the details you enter:
- Your name — required.
- An email address or phone number — required, so we can reply.
- Your business name — optional.
- Your message — required.
That is the whole list. We do not ask for anything else, and there is no account to create.
What happens to a form submission
The form posts to a small function on this site, which checks the submission and then forwards it to a Google Apps Script that emails it to us. The message arrives in our Google Workspace mailboxes and stays there like any other email.
Your IP address is read from the request in order to rate-limit the form — a crude defence against automated spam. It is held in memory for about sixty seconds, is never written to a database, and is not included in the email or passed on to Google. Only the four fields listed above are forwarded.
Who else is involved
Running a website means relying on a few other companies. These are the only ones that can receive anything about your visit:
- Vercel hosts this site. Like any web host, its servers log requests — including IP addresses — for security and reliability.
- Google Workspace receives and stores contact-form messages as email, and Google Apps Script performs the sending.
- Google Fonts. Two typefaces load from
fonts.googleapis.comandfonts.gstatic.com, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads. - Google Maps. The contact page embeds a map of our service area. Google receives your IP address when that map loads. Our service area is also written out as text on the page, so you never need to interact with the map.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone beyond what is described here.
How long we keep it
Contact-form messages stay in our email for as long as the enquiry is live, and afterwards as part of ordinary business records. If you would like your message deleted, use our contact form and we will remove it.
Your choices
Use our contact form and you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy. We will respond within one business day and we do not require you to justify the request. If you would rather not send anything through this site at all, email is a perfectly good substitute.
Depending on where you live, you may have formal rights over your personal data — for example under the Colorado Privacy Act. We aim to honour the requests above whether or not a particular law obliges us to.
Children
This site is aimed at business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant we will say so on this page rather than quietly editing it.
Contact
Questions about any of this go through our contact form. We are Functional Intelligence, LLC, based in Denver, Colorado.
